ABOUT RHODA

Rhoda H. Weber is a speaker, writer, and former pastor whose life and ministry have been shaped by meeting God in the wilderness. With a heart for women walking through seasons of uncertainty, grief, transition, or spiritual dryness, Rhoda carries a message rooted in compassion, restoration, and hope.

Rhoda served as pastor of Word Central, a small non-denominational faith community dedicated to uniting churches and loving the lost, the overlooked, and the homeless. Those years marked her deeply—teaching her the power of simple obedience, community partnership, and showing up with the love of Jesus where it was needed most.

She later became the CEO of Amy’s Corner, a nonprofit focused on support, advocacy, and practical care. Through this work, Rhoda learned how to lead with both strength and tenderness, and how to navigate the complex emotional realities people face while holding onto God’s redemptive truth.
These experiences now form the foundation of her ministry voice.

Through Faith in the Desert Ministries, Rhoda walks alongside women who feel stretched thin, hidden, or unheard—women who are longing to hear God again. She helps them:

  • rediscover their identity

  • reclaim their voice

  • heal from old narratives

  • and recognize God’s presence in the quiet places

Her message echoes through every devotional, teaching, and conversation:

You are not forgotten.
You are not too broken.
And your desert is not punishment—
it is preparation for promise.

Rhoda speaks with warmth, honesty, and spiritual clarity, offering women a safe place to breathe, reflect, and encounter God in a fresh way. She believes with all her heart that God still meets His daughters in their most fragile moments—and leads them into a future filled with hope.
